A captured German soldier during the Ardennes counter-offensive is shown holding a pair of American army trousers. He may have been a member of the S.S. unit commanded by Otto Skorzeny, whose men were instructed to wear captured Allied uniforms and carry out actions behind Allied lines in order to create confusion.
