Dulwich Home Girls at Southbourne, Dorset
A seaside trip to Southbourne for residents of the Home for Girls at 62 Overhill Road, East Dulwich. The original home, the first to be established by the Waifs and Strays Society, opened in 1882 on Friern Road, East Dulwich. It moved to nearby Overhill Road in 1887 and was renamed the Lampson Home to honour its benefactor, Lady Lampson. Date: 1920s
