WW1 - Captured French Turkos (or Turcos) troops - the nickname of the Algerian and Tunisian rifles of the French army, which were officially known as Tirailleurs Algeriens and Tirailleurs Tunisiens. These units were formed after the conquest of North Africa from local people. The two Turkos soldiers are being guarded by a German soldier (right)
