In memory of WALLACE H. HARTLEY - Died April 15th, 1912 Aged 33 years, NEARER MY GOD TO THEE - Interred at Colne Cemetery May 18th, 1912. Decorated in relief with angels and other stylised religious symbols. Printed by J H Greenwood of North Valley Road, Colne, Lancashire. 12 x 10 inches. Date: 1912
