HMHS Britannic - dinner menu, WW1
HMHS Britannic - extremely rare dinner menu from the hospital ship Britannic, Titanic's ill-fated sister ship. The menu is dated 25 September 1916, in the middle of WW1, a little under eight weeks before the Britannic sank after hitting a German mine near the Greek island of Kea on 21 November 1916. She took less than a hour to sink and was the largest ship lost in WW1. Date: 1916
