Henry Tate
Henry Tate (1819-1899), the businessman and philanthropist, pictured c.1897. Tates name is synominous with British sugar and British art. His collection of paintings became the core of The National Gallery of British Art, later known as the Tate Gallery and now as Tate Britain.

Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
