Entrance to the ambulance station at the Western Fever Hospital on Seagrave Road, Fulham. Opened in 1877, it was the fourth such hospital to be erected by the Metropolitan Asylums Board which in 1869 became responsible for certain classes of the sick poor in metropolitan London.
