Scene at the Sveaborg Rebellion, which began on 30 June 1906. It took place at the sea fortress Suomenlinna (Sveaborg in Swedish and Russian) as part of the Russian Revolution. Russian soldiers mutinied over bad treatment. Here, Russian warships can be seen bombarding the fort, near Helsinki, occupied by the rebels. The rebellion was unsuccessful, and ended in 60 hours
