Pedro Pons Pons, in his workshop in Binirramet, near Mahon, Menorca, Spain. Pedro is an arader - one of the last remaining wheelrights and carpenters specialising in making traditional Menorcan gates from olivewood. Historically, the arader was a travelling handyman who moved by foot or donkey between the remote farms on the Spanish island to repair gates and do other carpentry jobs. Date: 2012
