Found FBA-1A CF-GMO-X
Found FBA-1A CF-GMO-X (msn 1). The pre-cursor to the Found FBA-2A Bush Hawk, first flown on 13 July 1949, was designed and built by brothers N.K (Bud) and S.R. (Mickey) Found from 1946. Intended as a pre-production prototype, the FBA-1A was retired in 1950 after a successful flight test program. The intended production version, the Found FBA-2A Bush Hawk, did not emerge until 1960 due to funding issues. Date: circa 1949
