A wardrobe test showing a pink net evening gown worn by Judy Garland in Little Nellie Kelly (1940) designed by Dolly Tree. The gown was posed over yards and yards of ruffled underskirting. The fitted bodice had a drop shoulder neckline outlined in organdie sweetheart roses. A bracelet of the roses was another young girl touch as was the bow of blue velvet at the waistline. Date: 1940
