The Cinderella Finale from Ice Follies of 1939, a Joan Crawford vehicle, with some of Dolly Tree?s extravagant creations. There was a group of dancers wearing enormous crinoline, hooped yellow skirts with a spiral decoration of large red roses with black bodices and ruffled net edging to neckline and shoulders. This was followed by dozens of elaborate courtiers in 18th century dress, the women in stunning Watteau style gowns to the floor each in a diverse range of colours and fabrics and each in a unique and different design.
