Anita Louise as a debutante beauty in These Glamour Girls (1939) wore this sport suit designed by Dolly Tree made of cool linen in sun yellow with a single fastening made of corded frogs. Under the simple tailored suit was a henna silk jersey blouse with round neck and short straight sleeves. She had a fishnet turban and clusters of topaz clutch at the centre front and repeated the jewel note on the lapel of the suit. Matching gloves and bag completed the ensemble which highlighted Dolly Tree?s ?detail conscious? ethic and the importance of creating matching ensembles. Date: 1939
