The Lady Mayoress watched by the Lord Mayor of London handing a Way Bill to one of the carmen who took hampers arranged by Sir William Treloar to the homes of disabled children. Sir William Treloar began his annual good deeds in the East End of London in 1893 by the distribution of hampers to poor and disabled Jewish children of the East End.
