Competition for the best Allenburys babies a food for infants, was held between November 1912 and March 1913 for England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, with 164, 800 babies competing between the ages of twelve months and two years, they were given an medical examination and five were chosen, first prize winning the title Britain's Best Baby'.
