Canadian Inuksuk Monument Utah Beach Museum
It is estimated that about 3, 000 Native Canadians (Inuit, Metis and others) fought in WW2 of whom some 200 died. The Memorial, built by Inuk Elder Peter Irniq was unveiled on 30 October 2005
