The official group wedding photograph (taken on 10th November 1926) of Princess Astrid of Sweden, born Astrid Sofia Lovisa Thyra ) and Crown Prince Leopold (future King Leopold III) of Belgium. Astrid was killed tragically in a car crash. Also pictured here are Astrids Father Prince Carl of Sweden and Norway, Duke of Vao'ergnd, her sister Princess Martha of Sweden, her Mother Princess Ingeborg of Denmark, her sister Princess Margaretha of Sweden and (representing the British Royal Family) Henry, Duke of Gloucester (back left).
