16 Sinn Fein Members in the dock - City Police Court, Manchester. On April 2, the Manchester Police raided the Irish Club in Erskine Street, Hulme. One Sinn Feiner was killed and several Policemen were wounded by revolver fire. Sixteen of the prisoners were brought before magistrates on April 4 (as shown here).
