Adrian Brunel (1892-1958), English film director and screenwriter, who began his career during the silent movie era. Seen here at a filming location for The First of The Few, where he was assisting his friend Leslie Howard, the leading actor in the film. With him is Anne Firth (1918-1967), British film actress, who played the part of Miss Harper.
