The Enthusiastic Bootblack by H M Bateman, starts with an innocent scenario, a man needs his shoes polished, but the Bootblack on the street is an earnest and hardworking type. He takes so long polishing the boot that the man becomes frustrated and tries to pull his foot from the stand. The Bootblack does not let go and the man grabs hold of an omnibus to extract himself, pulling the polishing man with him until his boot comes off and the Bootblack carries on polishing as he lay in the street. Whilst poster paper is sometimes thinner and less durable than our other paper types, they are still ok for framing and should last many years. Our Archival Quality Photo Prints and Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on higher quality paper and the choice of which largely depends on your budget.
