The Earl and the Girl by Seymour Hicks (30 January 1871 6 April 1949), with music by Ivan Caryll. Dick Wargrave, (the Earl), and Elphin Hayes, the heroine, are in the middle of the chorus line. Captioned The Cosy Corner Girls. The song My Cosy Corner Girl was a hit of the show. As played at the Lyric Theatre, London where the musical was revived, on 26th December 1914. William Greets Co. touring to the Theatre Royal, Bath, on 12th November 1917. Date: 1917
