Murrays Club, Maidenhead
View of Murrays Club in Maidenhead, a summer outpost and sister club to the original Murrays in Beak Street, Soho, London. The club was opened in 1915 by Jack May and frequented by actors and high society. It was situated by Maidenhead Bridge and renowned for its outdoor dance floor. It eventually became the Hungaria club, which was then sold in 1936. Date: c.1915

16x12 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexiglass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
