X-ray of elephant to locate a diamond ring
In an effort to locate a diamond ring worth $450, three expert X-ray operators and four trained elephant attendants worked a whole day photographing by X-ray process the whole interior of the elephant. Despite a wobbly moment where the elephant received an electric shock and leapt up, the operation was eventually located and retrieved by a successful decoration. Date: 1909
