Jean Marie Dominique Navarre (1895-1919), French pilot and fighter ace, seen here as a sergeant pilot serving with Escadrille MS 12 towards the end of 1915. The plane is a Morane-Saulnier Type L. Having survived the war, he died on 10 July 1919 while practising for a postwar victory event. Date: 1915
