Viscountess Charlemont, formerly Evelyn Hull (or Hall), whose husband, James Caulfield, *th Viscount Charlemont was declared unfit for military service during World War One, he volunteered for work at Woolwich arsenal, and became inspector of munitions in 1916, a position he resigned in 1918.
