The Trans-Siberian Railway - a network of railways connecting Moscow with the Russian Far East and the Sea of Japan. It is the longest railway in the world. Lake Baikal - the worlds deepest lake with an average depth of 744.4 metres and also the second most voluminous, after the Caspian Sea.
