Suffragette Lancashire Lass Arrested. A Lancashire lass in clogs and shawl being Escorted Through Palace Yard by two burly policemen. Refers to the incident on 13th February after the convening of The Womens Parliament at Caxton Hall, and the resolution condemning the omission of womens suffrage from the Kings Speech. A march to the House of Commons met with violence from the Police and over fifty women were arrested. Date: 1907
