St Edmunds Church, Southwold, Suffolk - the 15th century clock jack, which stands at the west end. He holds an axe and bell which he uses to strike the time. " Southwold Jack", is one of the symbols of the local Adnams brewery. Mentioned by Shakespeare, Jacks armour is that of a soldier from the Wars of the Roses in the 1400s. Date: circa 1910s
