Here he dunks Radical MP Henry Du Pre Labby Labouchere (1831-1912), Timothy Michael Healy (1855-1931), an Irish Nationalist Politician and British MP and Thomas ( Tommy ) Gibson Bowles ) into an inkwell to quell their chatter and rebelliousness.
