General Sir John Shea, County Commissioner of Scouts for London chatting to 12 year old Boy Scout Albert Gregory of Hackney, who is in the bed at the German Hospital, Dalston, which the governors of the hospital have dedicated in perpetuity to the Scout movement in recognition of the fine services given during the War to the Hospital by the Boy Scouts of the District.
