Ponte della Liberta (Bridge of Liberty) - a road bridge connecting the historical center of the city of Venice to the mainland. Designed in 1932 by engineer Eugenio Miozzi, and opened by Benito Mussolini in 1933 as Ponte Littorio. Built alongside the Venice Railroad Bridge, constructed in 1846. Date: circa 1917
