Vickers Warwick GR. V
A Vickers Type 474 Warwick GR.V (possibly PN697 just prior to or after delivery to the A&AEE at Boscombe Down) The GR.V was the last gasp of the Warwick and the only mark not to have yaw instability or engine development problems, entering service shortly before the end of the war with most being scrapped very quickly after VJ day. A retractable Leigh Light was carried in the space left by removal of the mid-upper turret, but extending through the floor
