Radioplane OQ-19D aerial target. The OQ-19 was a low-speed target used for gun and missile anti-aircraft training. Radioplane, a division of the Northrop Corporation, was started by the noted Hollywood star, Reginald Denny, shortly before the war, as an extension of his hobby of flying radio-controlled aircraft models.
