Mexican Air Force - Consolidated (Fleet) Model 21-C, waiting for its pilot, sometime before delivery to the Mexican Air Force. The Model 21 was the civilian version of the Consolidated PT-12. The Mexican order, for ten Model 21-C, was completed by Fleet Aircraft at Ft Erie in Canada, with all ten delevered between November and December 1936. Date: 1936
