Burrell Showmans Road Locomotive WB9110 Perseverance II (msn 3483), built in 1913 with an 8 Nhp compound steam engine. Seen at an auction at Walford Cross near Taunton in 1959. (Charles Burrell & Sons were builders of steam traction engines, agricultural machinery, steam lorries and steam tram engines. The company were based in Thetford, Norfolk and operated from the St Nicholas works on Minstergate and St Nicholas Street, some of which survives today). Date: 1959
