The Ever Open Door by George R. Sims and H. H. Herbert. First produced at the Aldwych Theatre, on 6th September 1913. The caption reads The Earl of Dereham. He is in rags, as his mother does not know that he is alive, and he has lived in the slums since he was a baby. Only at the end is he recognised as the rightful Earl. Messrs. Bromsgrove & Slaughter present. Touring to the Palace Theatre in Tottenham on 21st June 1915. Date: 1915
