The First Grandchild - three generations of German Royalty, Grandfather Kaiser Wilhelm II (1859-1941), his son German Crown Prince Wilhelm (1882-1951) and his son, Prince Wilhelm of Prussia (1906-1940). The above portraits show (from left to right): Kaiser Wilhelm's Father, Frederick III, German Emperor and King of Prussia (1831-1888), the Kaiser's first wife Augusta Victoria of Schleswig-Holstein (1858-1921) and the Kaiser's Grandfather William I, King of Prussia and the first German Emperor (1797-1888). Parma was a four-masted steel-hulled barque which was built in 1902 as Arrow for the

Parma was a four-masted steel-hulled barque which was built in 1902 as Arrow for the Anglo-American Oil Co Ltd, London. In 1912 she was sold to F. Laeisz, Hamburg, Germany. During the First World War she was interned in Chile, and postwar was assigned to the United Kingdom as war reparations. She was sold back to Laiesz in 1921. She was sold in 1931 to Ruben De Cloux & Alan Villiers of Mariehamn, Finland. Following an accident in 1936, she was sold and hulked at Haifa, British Mandate of Palestine, now Israel, for two years before being scrapped. Date: circa 1920s
