This photograph shows a view of Dunfermline Abbey, in Fife, Scotland, which was founded in 1128 by King David I. During the Scottish Reformation, the church underwent a protestant cleansing in 1559, leading to it's sacking. Seen from the north west side of the glen. Date: circa 1904
