The newly acquired Daily Worker building at 75 Farringdon Road, London, a former brushmakers warehouse. The newspaper's previous offices had been destroyed during the Blitz. A large sign reads: These freehold premises have been acquired by the People's Press Printing Society Limited for the purpose of printing the new Daily Worker after the completion of the necessary structural alterations. Date: circa 1945
