Annual Festival at College for the Blind, Norwood
The annual festival at the crystal palace of the Royal Normal College and Academy for the Blind in Upper Norwood, London. Various games and exercises are depicted, as well as the grounds of the college and the awards ceremony. Founded in 1872, the collegehas been a pioneer in education for the visually impaired, the only one in the UK to receive Beacon status for outstanding teaching. It was renamed the Royal National College for the Blind in 1978. Date: 1885
