Canadian and Belgian Memorials at Juno Beach entrance
Metal plaques placed near the sea are inevitably corroded by the salt air. Those in this stone pillar, at the beach entrance, are no exception. The top plaque is to the 1st Canadian Scottish Regiment, the next to Belgian Volunteers and others to 8th Bn Royal Scots, the 6th Bn Royal Scots Fusiliers and 6th KOSB. Date: 2009
