Maria Carni, Princess Norina Matchabelli (1880-1957) - Actress and Movie Star. Born Norina Gilli, she attended the Berlin Drama School of Max Reinhardt. Her first play premiered in London in 1911 at the Olympic Hall - written by her husband Karl Gustav Vollmoeller and entitled The Miracle it was wordless. She later married Prince Matchabelli whom she later divorced. Became a disciple of Meher Baba. Date: circa 1911
