Oei Hui-Lan (Chinese family name is Oei) ) then wife of Chinese Ambassador V.K. Wellington Koo (1887-1985) - marrying in 1921. Oei Hui-Lan was much admired for her adaptations of traditional Manchu fashion, which she wore with lace trousers and jade necklaces. The Koos divorced after World War Two. Date: 1921
