Lord Pentland (Henry John Sinclair) (1925-1984), the second and last Baron Pentland, marries Miss Lucy Babington Smith, niece of the Earl of Elgin, at Eton College Chapel. Lord Pentland later became the first president of the American Gurdjieff Foundation in 1953, a position he retained until his death in 1984
