Curtiss-Wright C-46D-10-CU Commando CC-CDH (msn 32940), of Alfa Chile at Miami International Airport, with a RANSA (Rutas Aereas Nacionales SA) Boeing 377 in the background. Delivered to the United States Army Air Force as and retired to MASDC on 28 December 1957. Sold as N105Z on 2 October 1961, to N10592, then CC-CDH with Alfa Chile. Crashed in a mountainous area at La Yareta Pass, Chile on 3 February 1967, injuring all four crew members, carrying 5 tonnes of meat. Date: circa 1965

United States Marine Corps - Douglas C-117D Skytrain 50835 (msn 43321, unit code WZ, call-sign 835') in 1963-65(WZ is tail-code for AIRFMFPAC - Air Fleet Marine Force, Pacific) Built for the United States Army Air Force (USAAF) as C-47B-DK (msn 15553 - 26998). January 1945 to United States Navy as R4D-6 50835.1950s: Modified to R4D-8 with new msn 43321 and redesignated C-117D in 1962. December 1979 : withdrawn from use at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan. Sep85: registered as N835TD The last C-117D to serve with USMC, it was on static display at MCAS Miramar, CA., and seen at the Marine Corps Museum, MCAS El Toro CA., on 13 March 1993. Date: circa 1964

Georgia Air National Guard - Boeing C-97G-135-BO Stratofreighter 52-0925 at Baltimore. Built as a KC-97G-23-BO and converted to C-97G for service with the Georgia ANG. To Balair Air Lines in Switzerland in 1969 as HB-ILX and operated by Balair for the Red Cross - Foundation for Airborne Relief in the Biafran Air Lift. (very odd, seems it was still on the USAF's books!!) To MASDC on 2 May 1970, declared excess 27 May 1970 and scrapped. Date: 1963
