Hon. Sylvia Coke by Madame Yevonde
The Hon. Sylvia (or Silvia) Beatrice Coke (1909-2005) by Madame Yevonde. She was the elder daughter of Viscount Coke (Thomas William Coke, 4th Earl of Leicester), and had recently become engaged to Captain Simon Harvey Combe (they married later the same year). Seen in another photograph (bottom left) having her White Rabbit ears adjusted by Lady Mount Temple when she took part in a Lewis Carroll Memorial Matinee, organised for charity. Date: 1932
