First produced at the Junction Theatre, Manchester, November 1916, then the Elephant & Castle Theatre, London, July 1917 and touring to the Theatre Royal, Leicester, October 1917. The grey-haired mothers vision of her soldier son would have caught at the heartstrings during wartime. Date: 1916-1917
