HMS Vindex, a seaplane carrier of the Royal Navy during the First World War, previously a fast passenger ferry for the Isle of Man Steam Packet. Transferred to the Mediterranean in 1918, sold back to original owners in 1920, scrapped 1954. Date: 1915-1918
