Promotional postcard of The Girl From Utah by James T. Tanner; music Paul Rubens. Artist: E. P. Kinsella. First produced at the Adelphi Theatre, 18th October 1913. The story concerns an American girl who runs away to London to avoid becoming a wealthy Mormons newest wife. The Mormon follows her to England, but she is rescued from a bigamous marriage by a handsome actor. The girl, who has is seen dancing at an arts ball. On the reverse, the printers David Allen & Sons have added, presumably in 1914, their announcement that they will do any printing formally done in Germany and Austria. Date: circa 1914
