George Grossmith (1847 - 1912) - English comedian, writer, composer, actor and singer. Grossmith wrote (in collaboration with his brother Weedon), the 1892 comic novel The Diary of a Nobody. A portrait featured in The Tatler after news of his death in 1912. Date: 1912
